Im Jahr 1959 erteilte die amerikanische Raumfahrtbehörde erstmals den Auftrag an ein Unternehmen, Astronauten Nahrung herzustellen, die hundertprozentig sicher sein sollte. Die bereits 1949 vom US-Militär geschaffene Auswirkungsanalyse (FMEA), die zunächst lediglich auf der Prüfung von Fehlermöglichkeiten und den Einflüssen solcher Fehler auf dem militärischen Sektor basierte, wurde von da an auf die Lebensmittelindustrie angewandt.

Das Unternehmen entwickelte gemeinsam mit der NASA dieses erste, militärische Konzept zur Vorbeugung weiter, das schließlich 1971 in den USA als HACCP-Konzept veröffentlicht wurde. Auf ausdrückliche Empfehlung der US-amerikanischen National Academy of Sciences, HACCP anzuwenden, wurde es von da an weltweit erprobt und abermals weiter entwickelt. Seit 1993 empfahlen dann auch die Vereinten Nationen (UNO/FAO), die Anwendung von HACCP und so war es nur noch eine Frage der Zeit bis das Konzept als Lebensmittelhygiene-Verordnung 1998 auch im deutschen Recht verankert wurde.

Die fünf Großbuchstaben HACCP stehen heute für Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points, also ein vorbeugendes Qualitätsmanagementsystem, in dem es darum geht, durch das Analysieren von Risiken und Gefahren im betrieblichen Ablauf, die Sicherheit von Lebensmitteln und damit die Sicherheit der Verbraucher zu garantieren. Alle Unternehmen, die Lebensmittel herstellen oder in irgendeiner Weise mit Lebensmitteln umgehen, müssen seither ein HACCP-Konzept einführen.

Seit 1. Januar 2006 muss dieses Konzept auch in einer dokumentierten Version mit sämtlichen Evidence available at the premises. Boracay Packages Activities

Preparations are now in full swing, because this Saturday, 8 May, is now finally! Then the boy forum Haarbach lot of visitors expected in its third creative market.
